Mechanism of action
Tramadol works by binding to opioid receptors in the brain and spinal cord, reducing the perception of pain. Diclofenac, on the other hand, blocks the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause inflammation and pain. The combination of both drugs provides analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
