- Flucorticin
- Aclovate
- Cordran · Aqua Pharms
- Farydak · Secura
- Cutivate · Teva Pharm

Valchlor works by attaching an alkyl group to the DNA of cancer cells, interfering with their ability to replicate and ultimately leading to cell death. - Topicort · Taro
- Derma-Smoothe/Fs · Eurofarma
- Targretin · Bausch Health
Targretin works by binding to the retinoic acid receptor RXR-beta, which helps regulate cell growth and differentiation. - Cloderm · Legacy Pharma
- Cortone
- Ultravate · Ranbaxy
Ultravate works by binding to the glucocorticoid receptor, triggering a cascade of anti-inflammatory effects that reduce skin inflammation. - Diprolene · Merck & Co.
Diprolene works by binding to the glucocorticoid receptor in the skin, which reduces inflammation and suppresses the immune system. - Verdeso · Padagis Us
- Betamethasone Valerate · Fougera Pharms Inc
- Decadron · Generic (originally Merck)
- Flonase · GSK (GlaxoSmithKline)
- Farydak · Novartis Pharmaceuticals
- Poteligeo · Kyowa Kirin
Poteligeo works by binding to the C-C chemokine receptor type 4, which is involved in the migration and proliferation of T-cells. - Istodax · Celgene
- Poteligeo · Kyowa Kirin Pharmaceutical Development Ltd
- prednison · Wen Zhang
- Nasonex · University of Alberta

- Ontak · Eisai
- Ontak · Eisai
Ontak works by binding to the interleukin-2 receptor on cancer cells, triggering a toxic response that kills the cells. - Elocon · Merck & Co.
Elocon works by binding to the progesterone receptor, which reduces inflammation and immune response in the body. - Psorcon · Pfizer
- Oxsoralen-Ultra · Bausch Health
Oxsoralen-Ultra works by generating free radicals when exposed to ultraviolet A (UVA) light, which helps to slow down the growth of skin cells and reduce inflammation. - Cyclocort · Astellas Pharma
- Betametasone
Betamethasone works by binding to the glucocorticoid receptor, which then triggers a series of downstream effects that reduce inflammation and suppress the immune system. - Zolinza · Merck & Co.
Zolinza works by blocking the action of histone deacetylase 6, an enzyme that removes acetyl groups from histones, leading to changes in gene expression. - Mogamulizumab-Kpkc · H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute
12.1 Mechanism of Action Mogamulizumab-kpkc is a defucosylated, humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody that binds to CCR4, a G protein-coupled receptor for CC chemokines that is involved in the trafficking of lymphocytes to various organs. Non-clinical in vitro studies demonstrate mogamulizumab-kpkc binding targets a cell for antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) resulting in depletion of the target cells. CCR4 is expressed on the surface of some T-cell malignancies and is expressed on regulatory T-cells (Treg) and a subset of Th2 T-cells. - Cortisol · University of Zurich
- Prelone · Generic (originally Schering)
- Ontak · The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio
- prednisolon · Hannover Medical School
- Methylprednisolon · Leiden University Medical Center
- MOMETASONE
12.1 Mechanism of Action Mometasone furoate nasal spray is a corticosteroid demonstrating potent anti-inflammatory properties. The precise mechanism of corticosteroid action on allergic rhinitis is not known. Corticosteroids have been shown to have a wide range of effects on multiple cell types (e.g., mast cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes) and mediators (e.g., histamine, eicosanoids, leukotrienes, and cytokines) involved in inflammation. In two clinical studies utilizing nasal antigen challenge, mometasone furoate nasal spray decreased some markers of the early- and late-phase allergic response. These observations included decreases (vs. placebo) in histamine and eosinophil cationic protein levels, and reductions (vs. baseline) in eosinophils, neutrophils, and epithelial cell adhesion proteins. The clinical significance of these findings is not known. The effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray on nasal mucosa following 12 months of treatment was examined in 46 patients with allergic rhinitis. There was no evidence of atrophy and there was a marked reduction in intraepithelial eosinophilia and inflammatory cell infiltration (e.g., eosinophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, and plasma cells).
