Rodinolone (TRIAMCINOLONE)
Rodinolone, also known as Triamcinolone, is a corticosteroid medication that targets the glucocorticoid receptor. Originally developed in the 1950s, it is now off-patent and available from multiple generic manufacturers. Triamcinolone is used to treat a range of conditions, including allergic reactions, skin conditions, and adrenal insufficiency. It is a small molecule that works by binding to the glucocorticoid receptor, which helps to reduce inflammation and suppress the immune system. As a result, it is used to prevent and treat various inflammatory and autoimmune disorders.
