Who can join

Adults 18 to 65, any sex, with Glycogen Storage Disease IIIA. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

The investigators will study if acute nutritional ketosis in adult GSD IIIa patients can boost muscle mitochondrial function in vivo.
