Who can join

Adults 20 to 40, female only, with Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome or Anterior Knee Pain. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

Sponsor's own description

Eight weeks of telehealth-based supervised exercise effectively reduced DKV and pain in women with anterior knee pain. Both intervention groups demonstrated comparable benefits.
