What's being measured
Primary outcomes are the specific endpoints the trial is designed to prove or disprove.

Progression Free Survival
Time frame: 12 months
Progression free survival will be defined as the time from the start of treatment to biopsyproven locoregional recurrence, distant tumor recurrence, or death. For patients without evidence of gross disease at registration, any locoregional progression will be considered a PFS event. For patients with gross disease at registration, progression-free survival will be determined based upon RECIST 1.1
Sponsor's own description
The purpose of this study is to test whether treatment with Xevinapant added to standard chemoradiation after surgery is an effective treatment for people with high-risk head and neck cancers.
