Adults 50 to 80, male only, with Nocturnal Polyurea in Patients With BPH. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

In this study investigators will add desmopressin for treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and nocturnal polyurea
