18 and older, any sex, with Down Syndrome or Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of Continuous Positive Pressure for SAOS in Down Syndrome patients.
