According to this invention, the products contain an anti-neoplastically effective amount of taxol and sufficient medications to prevent severe anaphylactic-like reactions and are formulated and packaged for separate or sequential or simultaneous use in cancer therapy with a patient over a period of about 24 hours or less. These products find application in the treatment of all types of cancers, treatable by taxol.
