Collapsible water-containing capsule comprising by weight: (a) from about 40% to about 98% of a water phase comprising at least 50% water by weight of the water phase; and (b) from about 0.1% to about 35% of a water repelling silicone elastomer powder comprising 100 weight parts of a spherical silicone elastomer particle and 0.5-25 weight parts of polyorganosilsequioxane for coating the spherical silicone elastomer particle; wherein the water repelling silicone elastomer powder does not disperse in, but floats in water; has an average particle size of at least 1? m and has a softness of from about 10 to about 80 measured by Durometer A Hardness; and (c) from about 2% to about 30% of a filler powder having an average particle size of no more than about 1 µm and which is hydrophobically surface-treated.
