The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), part of the Australian Department of Health, regulates medicines, devices, and biologicals in Australia. New chemical entity review timelines ~10–12 months; Australia has a comparable evaluator pathway recognising FDA, EMA, or Health Canada approvals.
