RECIST
The standardised criteria for measuring tumour response on imaging in solid-tumour oncology trials.
Definition
RECIST 1.1 (Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumours) is the international standard for measuring tumour burden change on CT/MRI in solid-tumour trials. Defines complete response (CR), partial response (PR ≥30% shrinkage), stable disease (SD), and progressive disease (PD ≥20% growth or new lesions). Modified RECIST (mRECIST) and iRECIST apply for HCC and immunotherapy respectively.
