Mechanism of action
Systane PRO contains a proprietary formulation of lubricants and demulcents designed to coat and protect the cornea and conjunctiva. The formulation includes polyethylene glycol and propylene glycol as active lubricating agents, along with other excipients that help stabilize the tear film and reduce evaporation. It is indicated for temporary relief of dry eye symptoms by maintaining ocular surface hydration.
