Mechanism of action
Probiotics are live microorganisms that colonize the gastrointestinal tract and support digestive health, immune function, and nutrient absorption. Prebiotics are non-digestible food components that selectively stimulate the growth and activity of beneficial bacteria already present in the gut. Together, they work synergistically to restore and maintain a balanced microbiota.
