Mechanism of action
Lipoic acid is a mitochondrial cofactor that acts as a potent antioxidant, scavenging free radicals and regenerating other antioxidants like vitamins C and E. Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) reduce inflammatory mediators and support cellular membrane integrity. Together, they may improve metabolic function and reduce neuroinflammation.
