Mechanism of action
Spa treatments leverage the chemical and thermal properties of naturally occurring thermal waters, which may contain minerals such as sulfur, silica, and other trace elements. The combination of heat exposure, buoyancy, and mineral absorption is proposed to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and provide symptomatic relief. The mechanism is primarily physical and chemical rather than pharmacological.
