Mechanism of action
Eperisone is a centrally-acting muscle relaxant that reduces muscle tone and spasticity through monoamine reuptake inhibition and alpha-adrenergic effects. Diclofenac is a non-selective COX inhibitor that reduces prostaglandin synthesis, providing anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Together, they target both the muscular and inflammatory components of musculoskeletal pain.
