Entecavir is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor that directly suppresses HBV replication by blocking viral polymerase. The Fuzheng Huayu (扶正化瘀) TCM granule component is a traditional Chinese herbal formula designed to strengthen the body's resistance (Fuzheng) and promote blood circulation to resolve stasis (Huayu), theoretically supporting hepatic recovery and reducing liver fibrosis progression alongside antiviral therapy.
