Mechanism of action
Difflam Forte contains benzydamine hydrochloride, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works locally in the mouth and throat to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis and reduce inflammatory mediators. It provides analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects without systemic absorption, making it suitable for topical oral use.
