Mechanism of action
This product is an autologous cell therapy that concentrates mononuclear cells, mesenchymal stem cells, and hematopoietic stem cells from a patient's own bone marrow. When injected into damaged tissue, these cells and their secreted factors (cytokines, growth factors) promote angiogenesis, reduce inflammation, and stimulate endogenous repair mechanisms. The mechanism leverages the regenerative and immunomodulatory properties of bone marrow-derived stem cells.
