Mechanism of action

BRV-PV (Rotavirus vaccine) provides protection against rotavirus gastroenteritis through oral live attenuated virus. The DPT-HepB-Hib component provides protection against diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus toxoids, hepatitis B surface antigen, and Haemophilus influenzae type b conjugate antigen. OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine) provides protection against poliovirus types 1, 2, and 3 through live attenuated virus. Together, these vaccines stimulate humoral and cellular immune responses to prevent these infectious diseases.
