The goal of this study is to understand the factors that influence consumers when seeking aesthetic medicine services in Malaysia. The study aims to answer the following questions: 1. What factors influence consumers when seeking aesthetic medicine services? 2. Do sociodemographic factors (such as age, gender, and income) affect these factors? 3. What criteria do consumers consider when choosing a clinic for aesthetic medicine services?
