NA trial testing Low Level Laser Therapy by (Eme Physio, Lasermed 2200), GaAs laser, 1 cm2 beam area,7,000 Hz, 17 mW, 1 J/cm2, Pesaro, Italy) in Low Level Laser Therapy in 40 participants. Completed in 3 June 2025.

Adults 30 to 50, any sex, with Low Level Laser Therapy. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

This study attempts to answer the following research question: what is the combined effect of low level laser therapy and neural mobilization on lumber disc prolapse in decreasing pain, improving functional disability, improving neural mobility and improve lumber flexion mobility?
