Adults 11 to 50, any sex, with TMJ Internal Derangement or TMJ - Dislocation of Temporomandibular Joint. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of the ESS technique in correcting TMJ internal derangement, with a focus on functional outcomes and patient satisfaction.
