Adults 18 to 80, any sex, with Lymphodepleting Chemotherapy or Myeloid Malignancies. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

To find a recommended dose of PRAME-TCR-NK cells that can be given to patients with AML or MDS.
