Who can join

18 and older, any sex, with Autonomous Cortisol Secretion or Mild Autonomous Cortisol Secretion (MACS). Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, metyrapone, is safe and effective in treating participants with Mild Autonomous Cortisol Secretion (MACS).
