Adults 40 to 80, any sex, with Primary Angle Glaucoma Closure Suspect. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

To determine whether primary angle closure suspects (PACS) in a Caucasian population benefit from prophylactic laser iridotomy.
