Adults 18 to 65, any sex, with Acute Myeloid Leukemia With FLT3/ITD Mutation or Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

This prospective trial investigates the effect of sorafenib maintenance therapy in FLT3-ITD AML patients after allo-HSCT in terms of gut microbiome.
