Who can join
Adults 30 to 75, any sex, with Insulin Resistance or Impaired Glucose Tolerance. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of a fibre mixture added to a high-protein diet on metabolic, gut and brain health.
