Who can join

Adults 18 to 85, any sex, with Aortic Stenosis or Left Ventricle Hypertrophied. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

Sponsor's own description

Randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled study in AS patients with subclinical or clinical heart failure undergoing treatment with TAVR.
