Adults 18 to 75, any sex, with ANCA Associated Vasculitis or Drug Use. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tofacitinib 5 mg twice daily in AAV patients.
