Adults 18 to 100, any sex, with Advanced Solid Tumors or Kirsten Rat Sarcoma (KRAS) pG12C Mutation. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

To evaluate the safety and tolerability of sotorasib administered in investigational regimens in adult participants with KRAS p.G12C mutant advanced solid tumors.
