Adults 18 to 80, any sex, with Coronary Artery Disease or Atherosclerosis. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

CHORAL Flow is a randomised, double blinded, placebo-controlled trial of the effects of evolocumab on coronary flow at 12 weeks.
