Adults 20 to 64, any sex, with Motivational Interviewing or Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorder. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

This study will explore the effect of Adherence Therapy(AT) on medication adherence in patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorder.
