18 and older, any sex, with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus or Type 2 Diabetes. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

To compare Diabetes Telemonitoring to comprehensive outpatient management (COM) on critical patient-centered outcomes, including HbA1c.
