Who can join

Adults 1 to 17, any sex, with Acute Myeloid Leukemia or Accelerated Phase Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of ponatinib in children aged 1 to \< 18 years with advanced leukemias, lymphomas, and solid tumors.
