Adults 0 Months to 12 Months, any sex, with Microaspiration or Gastro Esophageal Reflux. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

To determine the effect of transpyloric (TP) feeding on microaspiration and lung inflammation in ventilated preterm infants.
