Adults 19 to 79, any sex, with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases or Ulcerative Colitis. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

Diagnostic validity of \[18F\]FSPG for assessing disease activity will be assessed in subjects with inflammatory bowel disease.
