21 and older, any sex, with Abdominal Pain or Abdominal Cancer. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

Sponsor's own description

Dexmedetomidine if add to patient controlled epidural analgesia for patients undergoing major abdominal cancer surgery may improve its effects.
