Intra- and Post-operative Serum Concentrations Primary · 15-20 minutes; 30-40 minutes; 50-70 minutes; 80-100 minutes; 2 Hours, 4 Hours; 8 Hours; and 12-Hours Post-IV acetaminophen administration

To determine whether adequate serum concentration of acetaminophen is achieved.
