Adults 18 to 65, any sex, with Cocaine-Related Disorders or Substance-Related Disorders. Patients with the condition only — healthy volunteers not accepted.

The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of carbamazepine in treatment of cocaine-dependence in patients with affective disorders.
