906,837. Dispensing liquids by gaseous pressure. OWENSMITH, A. S. L. Feb. 16, 1961 [Feb. 23, 1960; Dec. 1, 1960], Nos. 6398/60 and 41425/60. Class 102 (2). An aerosol container is placed in a holder having an abutment 4 engageable with the valve device 19 an means such as a camshaft 10 or lever engage a platform 7 on which the container rests to raise the container and so cause the outlet valve to open. The platform may be actuated electrically, mechanically or by remote control e.g. by a door. The holder may be secured to a wall and the discharge may be connected to a remote point; by mounting the holder on a pole the aerosol may be used for spraying trees. The holder may have a door in which the aerosol is mounted.
