A manifold 100 for delivery of medicament powder from a dispenser device 10 comprising a first chamber directing a first flow of air 110 from an inlet 102A to an outlet 102B, a conduit 104 with inlet 104A and outlet 104B, the first chamber outlet and conduit inlet arranged such that the first flow of air passes from the first chamber to the conduit via a medicament powder from a source such as a blister pack, entraining it and providing a flow of air and powder through the conduit. A bleed inlet 106 is located in a wall of the conduit outside of the first chamber and arranged to direct a second flow of air 112 into the conduit to disrupt the flow of air and powder through the conduit. The bleed inlet may be the outlet of a second chamber 108. The conduit may connect to a mouthpiece 19.
