A nasal delivery device comprises a substance supply unit 3 for supplying a dose of substance to the nasal cavity, a nosepiece unit 15, a mouthpiece unit 11 through which the user exhales so as to entrain the substance, and a temperature modifier 27 for reducing the temperature of the exhaled air. In other embodiments the device comprises a Venturi 27, secondary gas supply means (117, Fig 7), and/or a substance capsule 7 which exhibits low tackiness.
