The invention provides an inhaler 1 which dispenses individually packaged doses 3. The inhaler 1 comprising a moisture proof barrier 2, which optionally comprises substantially or partly an external region of the inhaler, encloses the dose-storage region of the inhaler without enclosing the doses individually, and incorporates a similarly moisture proof aperture 4 through which medicament 3 does are dispensed. The dose storage region may internally be raised above atmospheric pressure. The invention also provides a method of filling such an inhaler.
