1358001 Methaqualone-resin complex SASUCO SA 26 April 1972 [26 April 1971] 19283/ 72 Heading A5B [Also in Division C3] The invention comprises methaqualone bound to a copolymer of methacrylic acid and divinylbenzene. The resin preferably has a particle size of 0.5-500Á and about 4% of cross- linkages. In this form the drug is readily released for absorption in the stomach. The drug complex may be combined with a carrier and put up into any conventionel pharmaceutical form.
