1329464 Benzodiazepines TAKEDA YAKUHIN KOGYO KK 28 Aug 1970 [1 Sept 1969] 41450/70 Heading C2C Compounds of the general formula (n=0-2; R 1 =H, OH, alkoxy, alkylamino, dialkylamino, alkoxycarbonyl or furyl; R 2 = H or (R 1 =alkoxy) alkoxy; rings A and B optionally bear one or more substituents selected from halogen, NO 2 , CF 3 , alkyl, alkoxy) and their 4-oxides, and acid addition salts thereof are prepared by reacting the corresponding 2-amino-5- phenyl-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine or a salt thereof with R 1 R 2 CH(CH 2 ) n NH 2 or a salt thereof, optionally followed by introduction or removal of an oxygen atom at the 4-position and/or salt formation.
