USPTO Abstract

At least the following is provided. That is, provided is a technique by which it is possible to achieve high physiological activity when a solution containing a biofunctional substance exhibiting physiological activity in an injection target is injected into the injection target. An injector for injecting a solution containing a biofunctional substance into an injection target includes an accommodation part configured to accommodate the solution containing the biofunctional substance, a pressurization part configured to pressurize the solution containing the biofunctional substance during actuation, and an ejection part insertable into the injection target and including an inlet port configured to facilitate inflow of the solution containing the biofunctional substance from the accommodation part when the solution containing the biofunctional substance is pressurized by the pressurization part, and an outlet port configured to facilitate ejection of the flowing solution containing the biofunctional substance into the injection target. An ejection rate of the solution containing the biofunctional substance exceeds 83.3 µL/s.
