The taste-masking microsphere comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5-21.2 parts of a medicament ingredient, 35-110 parts of a medicament carrier, 0-30 parts of an alkalizing agent, and 0-8 parts of a plasticizer. The taste-masking microsphere has the advantages of a good taste-masking effect and wide adaptability.
