Disclosed are a series of polymers having the properties of acid-sensitive degradation and temperature sensitivity and a drug loading composition thereof. The polymers have a structure represented by formula (1) and have the properties of degradation and temperature sensitivity in a physiological environment, that is, the polymers are in a solid state at a temperature below a phase change temperature, and are in a liquid state at a temperature above the phase change temperature, so that the polymers are in a stable state in a low-temperature environment of a storage condition and are in a state of relatively high flowability in a use environment, and thus ensure storage stability and needle penetration during injection while maintaining good drug release properties and degradability. Also disclosed are a preparation method of the polymers and a pharmaceutical composition containing the polymers.
